Welcome to the Brian Tracy International FAQ page. Below is a categorized list of common questions and answers about our products and services. The questions are listed by categories, but if you cannot find the answer to your question below, please email your inquiry to support@briantracy.com for further assistance.

Returns and Refunds:

  1. How do I return a purchase for a refund?

    All physical products can be returned for a full refund less shipping within 365 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn, complete and in the same condition it was received. Please include a copy of one of the following:

    1. Invoice
    2. Packing Slip
    3. Note with your first and last name, shipping/billing address, email address and phone number.

  2. How long does it take for me to get a refund?

    Refunds for the price of the product will be made within 7-14 days. Refunds are made to the purchasing credit card and if the card has expired, we will need the new expiration date in order to expedite your refund.

  3. Can I return a digital purchase for a refund?

    Unfortunately, digital products are not eligible for a refund after they have been accessed. This includes, but is not limited to purchases for MP3, eBook, virtual training course, and Business Growth Strategies.

Discount Codes and Gift Certificates:

  1. How can I redeem my Discount Code?

    You may enter your discount code on the Payment Page during the checkout process.

  2. Why won’t checkout accept my Discount Code?

    Please be sure that the item you are purchasing has not already been discounted 35% or more. Discount Codes cannot be applied to any item already discounted 35% or more.

  3. Where can I get a Gift Certificate?

    Gift certificates never expire and are redeemable towards all items available on our website. Please click here to purchase gift certificates.

  4. Why won’t checkout accept my Gift Certificate?

    If your gift certificate code has dashes, please be sure to include this when you enter in your code during checkout. If you continue to experience issues with your code, please contact support at (858) 436-7300 for assistance.

International Orders

  1. When can I expect my international purchase to arrive?

    Due to varying customs regulations, please allow 2-5 weeks for international packages to arrive. Read about our customs policies here. Read about our customs policies here.

  2. Do you ship to my country?

    We are proud to service all countries and provide international shipping options. During the checkout process, please select the right country using the drop down box.

  3. What is the shipping cost to my country?

    Shipping costs depend on which shipping method you choose and the shipping destination. Please enter in your shipping address during the checkout process. Before you place the order, you will be able to review your order details including shipping & handling.

Payment Information

  1. Do you accept international credit cards?

    Currently we can only accept all of the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

  2. Do you allow Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders?

    No. Cashier’s checks and money orders are not accepted forms of payment on www.BrianTracy.com.

  3. Will you charge sales tax on my order?

    It is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California. If you are shipping to California, additional sales tax will be added to your order total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

  4. Is it safe to use my debit or credit card on your site?

    Yes. All transactions on www.BrianTracy.com are secure and are backed by our Privacy Notice. We are committed to protecting your privacy. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.

  5. What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept all Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

  6. Why am I getting an error message while trying to make a payment?

    Please check to make sure that the information you provided matches the information associated with the credit/debit card you are using. The billing address must match the billing address associated with the credit card. If all the information appears to be correct, please contact support@briantracy.com for assistance.

  2. How do I unsubscribe from your newsletters?

    At the bottom of each newsletter there is an option to opt-out. Simply click on the “Please click here to unsubscribe” link or email support@briantracy.com to remove your email from our listing. You can also manage your newsletter subscription by logging into your account at www.BrianTracy.com and clicking on the “My Account” tab located on the top of the home page. Please click on the “My Newsletters” tab to alter your subscription.

  3. My email address has changed. How do I update this information to my current account?

    You can correct, access, and update your information by logging into your account at www.briantracy.com and clicking on the “My Account” tab located on the top of the home page. This page allows you to update your name, email address, and phone number to keep your information current.

  4. How do I change my subscription to another category?

    You can change the newsletters you are subscribed to by logging into your account at www.briantracy.com and clicking on the “My Account” tab located on the top of the home page. Please click on the “My Newsletters” tab to alter your subscription.

Digital Products, Downloads and eLearning:

  1. What is an MP3?

    MP3’s are digital audio files, not physical products. They are not shipped, can be immediately downloaded after purchase and saved to your computer for instant access. You can listen to them on your computer, burn the file onto a CD, or add them to your MP3 player if you have one. An MP3 player is not required to access the file and are in an online format only.

  2. Can I download an MP3 directly onto my iPod, iPad, iPhone?

    Currently, you will not be able to download your MP3 directly to your MP3 capable device. We encourage you to download your files promptly to your computer and make back-up copies of it. Once you have successfully saved the file onto your computer, please feel free to transfer your files to an MP3 capable device for your convenience. If you are unable to complete a download, please contact support at (858) 436-7300 or support@briantracy.com.

  3. I am getting an error message stating that I have exceeded the download count limit. What went wrong?

    As a security measure, there is a limit to how many times a file can be downloaded. If you happen to reach the limit, please contact support at (858) 436-7300 or support@briantracy.com.

  4. Can I return my digital product for a refund?

    No. We cannot accept returns or process refunds on all digital products. This includes, but is not limited to purchases for MP3, eBook, virtual training course, and Business Growth Strategies.

  5. How do I know if the product I am interested in is available in digital format?

    If the product is available in digital format, there will be an option to purchase in this format on the top of the product page.

  6. Can I refund my virtual training course?

    No. Virtual training courses are digital products and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  7. Can I download my virtual training course videos?

    No. Virtual training course videos cannot be downloaded. You will always need internet connection to access the videos on the E-Learning platform.

  8. What is E-Learning and how do I purchase courses?

    E-Learning programs is a convenient way to view video training materials at your home, office, or on the go-on your mobile device. Every video lesson is complete with an action guide worksheet that you can use to follow along and use to track your progress. To access the E-Learning catalog and view all our online video training course materials, please click here.

  9. How do I access my E-Learning account?

    An eLearning username and password will be provided to you upon the purchase of an online E-Learning course. In the case of a lost username or password, please contact support@briantracy.com. To access your account, please input your login information on our eLearning platform login page.

  10. If I pause my video can I restart where I left off?

    Yes, you can easily access your video where you left off by clicking on the “My Courses” section of the E-Learning platform and viewing your last accessed video.


  1. I can’t find the answer to my question on this page. How can I get additional assistance?

  5. How do I become a distributor for Brian Tracy International?

    Currently Brian Tracy International is not accepting applications for distributors. To view the list of current distributors in your area, please contact us.

  6. How do I order a product in a different language?

    At this time, our office does not carry products translated in different languages. We suggest searching an outside retailer such as Amazon or Audible to find translated copies of our materials.

  7. How can I get in touch with Brian?

  1. How do I become an affiliate in your partnership program?
